Podcast: Kristen Hadeed and Leading Millennials

Kristen Hadeed is a remarkable young woman.

I met Kristen a few years ago at a conference among a number of other leaders. In 2009, at the age of 20, she started Student Maid, an all-student cleaning company that today employs more than 400 college students in two cities. She has since shared her leadership story at Barry-Wehmiller and through a TEDx talk, as well as through her speeches all over the country.

Kristen is a part of a growing generation of leaders who are helping to highlight the sense of meaning and purpose that millennials are looking for in their work.

In other words, like everybody else, they simply want to know that who they are and what they do matters.
