Podcast: Dwight Perry on Empowering People

A little more than a year ago, we introduced the BW Leadership Institute (now Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, read more here,) one of the ways we’re taking our message of Truly Human Leadership into the world.

Since then, the BW Leadership Institute has hosted 242 leaders in its Beyond Benchmarking class, an introduction to how we transformed and sustain our culture here at Barry-Wehmiller. One of those leaders is Dwight Perry.

Dwight has worked with organizations such as Google and the Georgia Department of Revenue to help unleash the potential of their people through what he calls “Impact Development.”
