Podcast: Raj Sisodia and the Healing Organization

A few weeks ago, my good friend and co-author of Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring For Your People like Family, Raj Sisodia, spoke as part of the STLeadership at Work series in St. Louis. As always, Raj was profoundly insightful. Here are a couple of things that were particularly striking:

“If we are not part of the healing, we are part of the hurting… As organizations, we can help people.”

“A lot of the suffering at work has to do with who you report to and how that relationship works. But a lot of this suffering is unnecessary. It comes from ignorance, it comes from fear, it comes from insecurity, it comes from people not being connected to their own higher angels, the better angels of their nature.”
