The joy Susan brings to every interaction is infectious. She’s a shining light, not only in our office, but in the world. Especially as she helps to share our message of Truly Human Leadership. Chapman & Co. is Barry-Wehmiller’s consulting firm that partners with other companies to create strategic visions, engage employees, improve corporate culture and develop outstanding leaders through leadership training, assessments and workshops.

In this episode of our Truly Human Leadership: INSPIRED series, Susan talks about how she came to be a part of our family. She had reached out to me about the company she was previously with, that had been very successful by all the traditional measures – revenue, profit, compensation – but they were missing a key piece. I introduced her to Matt Whiat and Sara Hannah of Chapman & Co. who helped Susan and her former company realize that the key to business is people, not any of those traditional measures of success.

Susan has said we were a game changer for her, but we’re the ones who are truly blessed, now that she is sharing our gifts with us and helping us change the world.
