Deck The Halls With Donations

At Barry-Wehmiller, we measure success by the way we touch the lives of people.

One of the many ways we do this is through our Community Enrichment Teams. Throughout the organization, these groups of dedicated volunteers organize team members to carry out service projects assisting the needy in communities across the globe. Much of this volunteer work happens during the work day.

With food insecurity a growing problem among the middle class and the elderly, a food drive was chosen as one of our December projects. A competition among the teams helped spur participation and excitement. In the end, our teams collectively donated five tons of food throughout eight US cities and Chennai, India.
