Sharing Our Message: Dan Rockwell

If Dan Rockwell is any indication, maybe we need more freaks talking about leadership.

I got the chance to speak with Dan this week. Dan is a writer, leadership coach and founder of the Leadership Freak blog. His site is filled with lots of great leadership insight, including one from earlier this week on “Why Leaders Don’t Listen.”

Dan echoed our feelings about listening and leadership in the opening line of the piece which reads: “When was the last time someone let you know you mattered by listening to you?”
