In his recent bestseller Conscious Capitalism: Liberating the Heroic Spirit of Business, he and co-author John Mackey of Whole Foods write about companies that perform well while advancing the quality of life for millions of people.

We were honored when Raj accepted our invitation to visit two Barry-Wehmiller subsidiaries in Wisconsin, PCMC and MarquipWardUnited (now BW Papersystems), to get an up close view of our culture and Truly Human Leadership model.
