Sharing the Privilege of Leadership

Several years ago, our friends at Inno-Versity produced an animated version of my Tedx talk. We called it “The Leadership Crisis.” It was an interesting way to help spread our message of Truly Human Leadership and, to date, it has been viewed more than 80,000 times.

Recently, Inno-Versity produced another animated video from a talk I gave at the Aspen Ideas Festival, titled “The Privilege of Leadership.” You can listen to the entire speech on an episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast.

Today, we’d like to share this new animated talk with you and encourage you to share it with others. We want as many people as possible to hear our message of how business can be a force for good in the world.

Our goal is to open hearts and minds to what’s possible when our workplaces are rooted in caring. We dream of a world where everyone who goes to work realizes they’re not just a tool or function for the success of someone else, but someone’s precious child who has the chance to become all they were meant to be. Imagine a society where, every day, people return home from work knowing that they matter!
